Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Childers, MMS, PA-C, R.T. (R) is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the state of Tennessee. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2005. She worked in Jonesboro, AR for five years as a Radiologic Technologist at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center. She is a Lambda Nu Radiology Honor Society alumni.
In August 2012, she graduated with honors from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. While attending the physician assistant program, she served as class social chair, student ambassador, and was a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. She has worked in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine since 2012. She furthered her training by performing an independent fellowship with a metabolic bone Endocrinologist from 2013 to 2014. She was certified as a Fracture Liaison by the National Osteoporosis Foundation in 2014. She specializes in osteoporosis management and general orthopedics. In 2019, Jennifer was recognized as an ambassador for the National Osteoporosis Foundation. She is the only practicing clinician in the state of Tennessee with this honor.
Jennifer grew up in Wynne, AR. She relocated to the Memphis area after marrying her husband, Daniel, in 2012. They have two small children, with which they enjoy going to the zoo, going to the lake, and playing in the dirt.
